Lixsa is a SaaS platform that offers automated customer support solutions through artificial intelligence. Our services include, but are not limited to, conversation management, customer data analysis, and personalized recommendations.
2. Registration and User Account
To access certain features of the service, you must register an account by providing truthful and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as restricting access to your computer.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Lixsa Content
The content generated by Lixsa, including but not limited to artificial intelligence models, algorithms, software, user interfaces, graphics, design, data compilations, trademarks, logos, and any other visual or textual material provided through Lixsa, is the exclusive property of Walkon Livos SL or its licensors. This content is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws, both nationally and internationally.
The use of Lixsa by the user does not imply the transfer of any intellectual property rights, except for limited, revocable access and use of the service in accordance with these Terms.
Unauthorized use of Lixsa’s content, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, re-publication, or display, without the prior written consent of Walkon Livos SL, is strictly prohibited.
4.2 User Content
By using Lixsa, users may upload, transmit, or input content, such as text, images, information, and any other data, for the training of artificial intelligence models or service customization (“User Content”).
The user grants Walkon Livos SL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the provision of the Lixsa service.
The user represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights to grant this license for the User Content provided.
4.3 Responsibility for User Content
Walkon Livos SL assumes no responsibility for the User Content provided by users. Users are solely responsible for their Content and the consequences of sharing or publishing it through Lixsa.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Conversation Use
5.1 Subscription Plan Choices
Lixsa offers a variety of subscription plans designed to meet the different needs of our customers. Each plan provides access to our service and a specific number of conversations that can be used during the subscription period. Details, including prices and specific features of each plan, are available in our pricing list on our website and/or through the Lixsa user interface.
5.2 Definition of Conversation
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Conversation” is defined as an exchange of messages between an end user and Lixsa, or a human agent belonging to the Lixsa customer, within a 24-hour window, limited to 1,200,000 words. If this word volume is exceeded before 24 hours, it will be considered a new conversation.
5.3 Conversation Window
The conversation window is the 24-hour period during which message exchanges are counted as part of a single conversation. This window starts with the first message sent by the end user or Lixsa and ends 24 hours later, at which point a new conversation may begin as defined above.
5.4 Excess Conversations and Automatic Conversation Purchase
If a customer exceeds the number of conversations included in their subscription plan during the current billing period, Lixsa will automatically assign an additional volume of conversations equal to 10% of the total included in their subscription plan. This process is called “Automatic Conversation Purchase.”
Example of Automatic Conversation Purchase
If a customer has a plan that includes 200 conversations and reaches this limit before their plan renewal, Lixsa will automatically assign 20 additional conversations (i.e., 10% of 200) to the customer’s account. The customer will be responsible for the charges associated with these additional conversations, as specified in our pricing list.
5.5 Charges for Additional Conversations
The additional charges incurred from the automatic purchase of conversations will be applied to the customer’s account at the price set for their specific subscription plan, as detailed in our pricing list. These charges will be billed separately and require a valid payment method registered by the customer.
5.6 Non-Payment
If Lixsa is unable to process the payment for the additional charges due to a lack of a valid payment method or insufficient funds, Lixsa reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service until payment is made. Reactivation of the service will be subject to payment of all outstanding charges.
5.7 Subscription Plan Changes
Customers may change their subscription plan at any time during the billing period, subject to the specific plan change terms detailed in our pricing list and service policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Service and Availability
At Walkon Livos SL, we strive to ensure 99% availability of our Lixsa service. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may affect this availability, such as:
In the case of maintenance or updates, we commit to notifying our customers in advance, providing details about the nature of the work to be performed and the estimated downtime. Our goal is to minimize any inconvenience to our users by scheduling these activities during low-activity periods whenever possible.
6.2 Accuracy of Responses
Lixsa, as an advanced AI-based solution, provides responses based on the data provided by our customers. We are committed to ensuring that at least 70% of the responses are accurate, based on the available information and the parameters set by the customer. However, the performance and accuracy of Lixsa largely depend on the quality and completeness of the data provided by the customer.

Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided to Lixsa is complete, accurate, and up to date. The customer must also review the responses generated by Lixsa to verify their accuracy before taking any action based on them. If inconsistencies or errors are detected, the customer must immediately notify Walkon Livos SL to allow necessary corrections.
Updates and Improvements
Walkon Livos SL is committed to continuously improving the accuracy and functionality of Lixsa. This may include system updates, improvements to AI algorithms, and expansions of the knowledge base. We reserve the right to implement these improvements without prior notice to the customer, always aiming to benefit the user experience and the quality of service provided.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through mediation. If mediation does not result in a resolution, the disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barcelona, Spain.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after being posted on our website or notified to the user.
