Mass message campaigns (to send promotions, launches or reminders to many customers) are billed separately from the monthly plan. The cost depends on the number of recipients, country and your plan.
A conversation is the set of messages (incoming and outgoing) with a customer within a 24-hour window. Example: if a customer writes you on WhatsApp at 10:00 and interacts again at 18:00, all that counts as 1 conversation.
For large companies or very high volumes, we offer custom plans with specific pricing depending on the amount of conversations you need.
We always recommend starting with the free plan. It includes enough conversations to test the tool on your business. Then, depending on your customer volume, you can easily upgrade to Startup, Scaling or Pro.
All paid plans have a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime within those 7 days without being charged. The only exception is WhatsApp campaigns, which are billed when sent.
The official WhatsApp Business API connection is included in your plan. Meta (Facebook) charges a tiny fee for initiating some conversations, but you don't have to pay anything extra to Lixsa for the integration.
